Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing online screenings.
• Arrange interview with end-user.
• Doing the administrative tasks related to recruitment process.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least final year standing in Psychology/Management
• Experience in recruitment processes and platforms is a plus
• Well organized, detail oriented, and eager to learn about Recruitment & Selection.
• Good interpersonal, interview, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with good time management skill
