Infrastructure Project Management Officer (PMO)

Job Description

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
• Experience in infrastructure projects at least 3-5 years in large scale projects, ensuring adherence to project management standards and best practices. This involves managing project risks, issues, schedules, and resources effectively
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget
• Proven experience managing project: System Infrastructure Migration, System Infrastructure Integration, Network and Security Infrastructure, End-user computing & collaboration platforms
• Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business leaders.
• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers, to ensure project deliverables are met as per project plan
• Capability to identify and resolve project-related issues, ensuring projects are delivered within schedule, scope, and budget
• Experience in managing the creation and maintaining of project documentation, including project plans, deliverables checklists, and final project reports. This ensures that all project activities are documented and reported accurately

• Vendor and contract management

Leadership & Strategic Skills (point plus) :

• Proven leadership of large teams and multiple vendors across geographies.
• Ability to define and align project goals with business strategy.

• Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.
• Skilled in change management and organizational transformation.

Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components, including :

• Networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN)
• Operating System
• Servers & storage
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix)
• Backup & disaster recovery
• Cybersecurity fundamentals
