Brand Manager
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute brand strategies to drive brand awareness, positioning, and growth.
• Lead and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, working across various digital platforms to maximize engagement and ROI.
• Drive Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing efforts, including overseeing creative development, media planning, and campaign execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creative) to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, analyze customer insights, and provide recommendations to optimize the brand’s positioning and growth.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring deliverables align with brand goals and timelines.
• Creating effective marketing strategies online and offline
• Conducting effective product launching
• Creating pricing plans that are in line with target consumers
• Planning the right distribution strategy
• Assisting the Business Development team in planning product development
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the snack Baby or Food industry.
• Proven experience with digital marketing and brand activation, including both ATL and BTL marketing.
• Comfortable in a startup-like, fast-paced environment, with strong agility and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
• Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (online and offline)
