IT Operation Staff – Menara Jakarta

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues within the company’s operational environment
• Performing routine IT equipment maintenance, both preventive and corrective
• Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers and networking systems
• Supporting IT systems for building operations such as CCTV, IP PABX, and Access Control
• Providing prompt responses to technical support requests from various departments in a mobile capacity
• Documenting support activities and preparing regular work reports
• Supporting the implementation and compliance with ISO 27001-based information security standards

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Min 1 year of experience in IT operations or technical support
• Hands-on experience with server & network infrastructure
• Familiarity with CCTV, IP PABX, and Access Control systems
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 or other security frameworks is a strong plus
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to be placed at MOI – North Jakarta and mobile unit-to-unit
• Willing to be placed at Menara Jakarta – Central Jakarta
