Store Supervisor
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• The Store Supervisor oversees daily operations, leads the team, and ensures excellent customer service. This role focuses on managing inventory, staffing, and workflow to achieve operational efficiency while driving sales growth.
Requirements :
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality or Culinary is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a barista and in the F&B industry, with strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Skilled in managing daily operations, inventory, staffing, and driving sales.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about delivering premium service.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with a willingness to be placed in the Jakarta area.
