Job Description
Task and Responsibilities :
• Preparing report and presentation material for management using Canva & PowerPoint
• Organize travel arrangements and schedule appointments
• Assisting in daily office needs as well as routing documents for approval
• Plan meeting and take detailed minutes
Requirements :
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel and Word in particular)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang
