Leasing Manager – Jakarta Selatan

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop leasing strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants to ensure customer satisfaction and effective contract renewals.
• Negotiate lease agreements with new and existing tenants.
• Monitor lease terms, such as duration, rent, maintenance fees, and other contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to attract new tenants.
• Ensure a balanced and relevant tenant mix in the company’s commercial properties.
• Analyze property market trends and competitors to ensure the company remains competitive in terms of pricing, services, and facilities.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports on rental income, occupancy rates, and revenue projections.
• Ensure clear communication with tenants regarding operational issues, payments, and compliance with lease agreements.

Requirements :

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in Mall and Retail sectors.
• Strong networking in the Retail and Mall industry.
• Ability to review and assess lease agreements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional service in handling consumers/tenants.
• Presentable appearance, friendly, and polite.
