Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Installing IT devices.
• Troubleshooting IT devices.
• Performing IT asset administration.
• Coordination of IT hardware repairs to vendors
• Reporting.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication).
• Min. 3 years’ experience in the IT Support field.
• Expert in installing and troubleshooting IT devices.
• Willing to travel to various internal locations and within Indonesia and ready to join the vessels in offshore if needed.
