Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Billing process to customers
• Sending bills to customers, either through collectors or expeditions
• Ensure all billing documents are complete
• Sending bills to customers
• Follow up billing to customers
• Perform reconciliation and check to the bank for incoming bank received from customers
• Journaling payments that have been received
• Will create SO for transaction in SOE sales portal

Requirements :

• At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Management / Finance with GPA minimal. 3,00
• Minimum have 1 year experience as finance
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with SAP system
• Having Good communication skill
• Having Good personality
• Detail oriented & Well organized
• Able to handle administrative things
• Willing to be placed in APL Tower, Jakarta Barat
