Business Analyst
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain finance (SCF) needs, business processes, and system requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with banks, corporate clients, and financial partners to gather and validate business requirements.
• Document and translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Analyze existing SCF systems, workflows, and transaction processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop process maps, gap analyses, and feasibility studies to recommend enhancements that align with business growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the integration of SCF solutions with existing banking and financial systems.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to design and document SCF solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows to guide development.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to help visualize new functionalities and user experiences.
• Ensure all SCF solutions comply with relevant banking regulations, financial industry standards, and data security protocols.
• Support risk assessment initiatives to identify and mitigate potential risks related to SCF transactions, data privacy, and IT security.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to align SCF processes with regulatory frameworks such as KYC, AML, and Basel III.
• Assist in the development of test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria for SCF solutions.
• Work with QA teams to validate functionalities and ensure a smooth implementation process.
• Provide post-implementation support and training for stakeholders to maximize adoption and efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in SCF to recommend innovative solutions.
• Support ongoing enhancements to SCF platforms by collecting feedback and identifying areas for further automation and optimization.
