Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Offer personalized fashion advice and styling recommendations to customers.
• Drive sales by suggesting complementary products and upselling fashion items.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment.
• Assist in training new sales assistants on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments.
• Share fashion insights with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Assist in managing inventory, including stock replenishment and markdowns.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and documentation.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in fashion retail or styling roles with a strong passion for the industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for efficient inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales through upselling and strategic product recommendations.
• Proactive approach in staying informed about current fashion trends and industry updates.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the training and development of new team members.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in completing administrative tasks accurately.
• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
