Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop creative campaign that’s already briefed from marketing team: develop campaign’s creative strategy, campaign name, manifesto, creative direction, copy, etc
• Research and analyze the current and potential markets of the brands, including trends and opportunities
• Create creative campaign plan for the brands
• Responsible for any creative production: digital content making, photoshoot & video shoot. From preparation to execution.
• Create compelling and persuasive copy to engage customers
• Analyze and measure the success of creative campaigns
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure creative strategies are implemented and executed successfully

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling, and the ability to think outside the box to differentiate the brand in the market.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software and analytics tools.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for branding, marketing, and consumer behavior, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
