Budgeting Sr. Associate – Jakarta Barat
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with department heads and their team to develop budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Consolidate and review department budgets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in preparing variance analyses and provide insights on budget deviations.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management.
• Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance budgeting processes and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and provide documentation as required.
• Act as a liaison between the Budget Team and other departments to address queries and provide financial insights.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on budget-related tasks.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Proficient in Excel, Proficient in Data Analytics, Financial Analysis (Proficiency in variance analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling), Accounting Knowledge (Understanding of financial statement interpretation).
• Communication Skill, Time Management Skill, Problem-solving Skill, Teamwork Skill, Analytical Skill, Database Management: Knowledge of SQL for querying and integrating financial data.
