Inventory Management Sr. Associate – Jakarta Barat

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee company inventory, including supervising stock opname in the warehouse and ensuring accurate journal entries in the accounting system.
• Prepare inventory-related closing reports, including Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reports and reconciling numbers with financial journals.
• Conduct COGS analysis on pricing and usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage overall company costs and provide insights for cost optimization.
• Lead and support cost-related initiatives to improve financial efficiency.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cost control, inventory management, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
