Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Monitor and evaluate equipment needs across all outlets to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage procurement processes for new equipment requested by users, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Oversee signage needs for all outlets, coordinating with relevant teams and vendors.
• Negotiate and compare prices for equipment purchases to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Track and monitor the arrival of goods, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules.
• Act as a mediator to resolve issues related to faulty or incomplete equipment deliveries.
• Conduct trials and testing of new equipment alongside users to verify suitability and functionality.
• Collaborate with users to review and assess their equipment requirements periodically.
• Evaluate vendor performance, including fulfillment rates and service quality, to maintain reliable partnerships.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in procurement, with proven expertise in sourcing and managing indirect materials, such • as equipment, spare parts, and maintenance items.
• Prior experience in the Food & Beverage or restaurant industry is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Strong communication skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination.
• Effective time management to handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
• Leadership skills to guide teams and influence vendor relationships.
• Problem-solving capabilities to address procurement challenges promptly.
• Analytical skills to assess vendor performance and procurement data.
• Project management skills to manage procurement processes end-to-end.
