Sr. Brand Strategist Associate – Jakarta Barat
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Conduct market research independently to identify consumer preferences, trends, and competitor strategies, and apply insights to campaign strategy.
• Take ownership of aligning with the marketing team on quarterly and long-term strategies, offering creative insights for brand success.
• Craft campaign plans independently, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience, and work with the marketing team on strategy and budget planning.
• Manage production for creative outputs (video/photo shoots) in collaboration with the art and production teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with the Ads Team to optimize results and address potential issues.
• Establish brand guidelines and collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, art, revenue, product) to develop and maintain consistent brand concepts.
• Prioritize stakeholder needs, represent the brand in cross-functional meetings, and ensure alignment across divisions for campaign execution.
• Analyze data, propose solutions, and anticipate risks to ensure successful execution and meet objectives, while mentoring junior team members.
Requirements :
• Minimum of 2-3 years in creative strategy, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong ability to independently develop creative campaigns, conduct market research, and analyze performance metrics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders across different teams (marketing, art, revenue, product).
• Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and propose effective solutions.
• Proficiency in crafting creative concepts, key messaging, and producing high-quality video/photo outputs.
• Experience managing projects from concept to execution, including budget planning and timeline management.
• Ability to anticipate risks, test campaigns, and adapt strategies based on performance insights.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead junior team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and team growth.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign performance tracking tools, and creative production tools.
