Learning and Development Intern – Jakarta Barat

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop simple training content based on provided guidelines.
• Add basic multimedia elements to training materials with supervision.
• Work with the R&D team to review Standard Procedure Manuals (SPM), provide feedback, and ensure product readiness for launch.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Manage and update new product or special menu details in the required format on time.

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Multimedia/Communication.
• No specific work experience needed, candidates with any intern & work experiences are preferable.
• Experienced in operating basic video editing applications such as Canva/CapCut.
• Experienced in video production/training materials.
• Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
