Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Acting as first point of contact of COO
• Assist in all CEO business or personal matter and needs
• Fulfil day-to-day secretarial and administrative support for COO
• Assist to all travel & accommodation needs also business matter in ID Office
• Maintain database and good filling systems for smooth data retrieving
• Keeping confidential information from COO Office
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s Degree in Secretary/Public Relations.
• At least 2 year of working experience in the same field.
• Fluent in English & Korean, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt, initiative, agile, and attention to details.
