Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

1. Landlord & Partner Relations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords (both online and offline).
• Act as a liaison between the company and malls/partners for promotional activities and events.
• Ensure smooth communication and support from landlords for marketing initiatives.
2. Promotional & Event Coordination
• Plan and deliver all media promotions related to brand campaigns, promotions, and collaborations with third parties (e.g., malls, partners).
• Coordinate and oversee in-store promotional events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Work closely with the visual design team to develop marketing materials for OOH (Out-Of-Home advertising), promotions, and special projects.
• Produce compelling marketing copy for promotional tools to enhance brand visibility.
3. Marketing Administration & Content Coordination
• Manage marketing timelines and content coordination to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Research media coverage and industry trends to optimize marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports and updates for the Assistant Manager/Manager regarding landlord support and marketing activities.
4. Budget & Expense Management
• Collaborate with line managers and business units to determine event budgets.
• Track and manage expenses to ensure marketing activities align with budget constraints.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or landlord relationship management.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and networking skills to collaborate with landlords, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
