SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Own the full project lifecycle for the Indonesia SAP implementation, including initiation, planning, execution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, ensuring alignment with global PMO standards, tools, and methodologies
• Lead project management routines including RAID management, status reporting, and stakeholder communications to global and local leadership
• Coordinate and oversee matrixed resources across business process, data, change, testing, and technical teams
• Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks/issues, and drive resolution to keep the program on track
• Act as the primary point of contact for leadership, ensuring transparency of progress, escalations, and decision-making
• Ensure strong integration between global program requirements and local business need

Requirements :

• 10+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record delivering multiple full-cycle SAP implementations
• Prior experience rolling out SAP to Indonesia
• Strong understanding of SAP deployment lifecycles, covering planning, build, testincutover, and hypercare
• Experience leading matrixed teams across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
• Familiarity with global PMO tools and standards (e.g., ADO, Smartsheet, SharePoint, RAID management)
