Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Controlling operational floor activities
• Monitoring sales associate performances
• Implementing product promotion effectively
• Ensuring the smooth operation of product distribution
• Carry out stock opname preparations according to schedule or according to instructions from the Head Office
• Responsible for product distribution in the department
• Hire and train new sales associate staff
• Provide daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from all majors
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in Sales Supervisor
