Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Support in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Human Capital/HR department.
• Participate in administrative support for internal events, training, and engagement activities.
Requirements :
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Able to use Microsof Office
• Strong interest in people development and organizational growth.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
