Job Description

Requirements :

• Have 4 years experience as Manager Catering in similar catering industry.
• Minimum Diploma III Graduates majoring in Food & Beverage or Hospitality
• Have Capabilities Analyze Food & Beverage operational: cost control, work efficiency, simplification, sanitation and increase sale / business development
• Proficient in operating computer and its software (Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MIMS, intranet and internet)
• Have strong cognitive thinking to be able to solve problems and make decision
• Have good managerial skill to lead the location
• Have good interpersonal skill to be able to deal with fellow employees, resident and clients
• Fluent in spoken and written English
