Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Input and update data in database accurately.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team in contacting candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Respond to data inquiries as needed.
• Assist the HR team with administrative tasks and projects as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
• Associate Degree in Administration, Management or a related field required.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Willing to be places in our sister company.
