Assembling Supervisor

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Ensure that the entire assembly process runs according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and daily production targets.
• Monitor the efficiency of the assembly team and identify potential process improvements.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to team members to improve work quality.
• Conduct periodic inspections of assembly results to ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Ensure that the entire team follows applicable work safety procedures.

Requirements :

• Minimum education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum work experience of 2-3 years in a 2-wheeled automotive company as a supervisor in the field of assembly or production.
• Have the ability in leadership and team management.
• Familiar with using assembly tools and equipment, and understand the principles of 5R/5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Willing to be placed in the GIIC area, central Cikarang.
