Regident Specialist (Registration And Identification)
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Manage vehicle registration documents, oversee SRUT processing, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise document handling, vendor performance, and regional administrators.
• Handle invoices, monitor NJKB, and maintain import quotas (TPT Import).
Requirements :
• Earning a bachelor’s degree in any major
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in general administration and document handling
• Demonstrates a proven track record in efficiently managing administrative tasks and ensuring meticulous document management
• Have a good knowledge of new vehicle document registration flow
• Have good interpersonal ability and good relationship with vendor
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners
• Placement: Jakarta
