Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring
compliance with Four Seasons standards.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies, ensuring the bar is well-stocked and
prepared for service.
• Collaborate with the beverage team to optimize workflow and efficiency during peak service periods.
Other Duties and Responsibilities :
• Assist in the setup and execution of special parties and events, including crafting signature cocktails
and coordinating beverage service.
• Participate in amenity programs and ritual toasts, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and
contributing to memorable moments.

• Work effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless integration of food and beverage
offerings.
Requirements :
• A minimum of 2-3 years of bartending experience in a high-end hospitality environment is required.
• Proven ability to work in diverse beverage settings, including lounges, pool bars, and fine dining restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service standards, cocktail preparation, and guest interaction is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must.
• Open minded and flexible.
• Must be cost and quality conscious.
• Adhere to specific scheduled work hours yet be flexible if circumstances require it.
• Work with international team members.
• Aware of Breakage Prevention Procedures
• Perform assigned duties under pressure (time constraints)
Preferred :
• Fluency in additional language(s)
• Cruise Ship Experience.
Required computer skills :
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Possess sufficient computer knowledge to use the company software.
