Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Assist Demi CDP Pastry in preparation of all Pastry items
• Assist Demi CDP Pastry in all USPH issues and regulations
• Works independently during night shift
• Prepare all desserts, cakes and pastries for restaurant menus; buffet set up
• Assist in preparation of pastries, cakes, crèmes, showpieces, displays, ice cream, sorbets as well as special request items when needed
Requirements :
• Minimum one years’ experience in high volume professional kitchen
• Formal Pastry Chef training or equivalent experience as a Pastry Cook
