Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Monitor and ensure the opening and closing procedures for the butchery and production areas
• Cleaning and Sanitizing of all work surfaces
• Pick up of supplies and provisions from store rooms
Requirements :
• Minimum two years’ experience in the butchery/culinary field
• Ability to follow all standard recipes independently, while properly handling all butchery equipment and tools
