Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Prep and peel vegetables, slice cheese, prepare salads, collect pots and pans and general culinary duties as assigned
• Follow recipe standards, correct usage and care of equipment, proper storage and stock rotation
• Clean and sanitize work station according to USPH standards
Requirements :
• Minimum one – two years cooking experience in a large, high volume production kitchen, 200 covers per meal period, preferred from luxury 4/5 stars hotel or cruise lines
• Flexibility to work in any section of the kitchen and rotate positions as well as working in cold prep rooms necessary
