Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service through F&B delivery in the lounge, room service, outside decks and en suite dining.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of business needs including daily ordering of items needed for operation.
• Partner with other facets of F&B to accommodate Guest requests & Assume responsibility beyond individual role as it pertains to the overall concierge Guest experience
• USPH cleaning of all concierge F&B areas.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years’ service experience in a high end bar and restaurant, butler service or concierge services with at least one of those years being in a leadership role.
• Strong service background with proven experience working with affluent Guests
• Knowledge of beer, wine, champagne and spirits, responsible vendor and general bartending and barista techniques
