Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Achieve cost and budgetary goals as set by the Food Manager
• Ensure compliance of MSDS
• Ensure compliance of Pest Management basics
• Report malfunctioning equipment
• Monitor STAR system and ensures that there are no POB variances, adjust the time clocks when needed
• Ensure Project Onboard compliance; monitor STAR and make necessary corrections

Requirements :

• Minimum three years experience in stewarding field
• Technical and functional understanding of the ship based culinary operation
• Must be able to work with a multi-cultural team in a confined environment
