Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Conduct the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews
• Conduct new hire onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and monitor employee performance evaluation data
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training sessions and development programs
• Maintain and monitor employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensuring payroll data is accurate and supporting payroll process
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR documents and policies in line with legal requirements
• Provide administrative support to the HRGA team, including employee event

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Accounting/Management
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR especially in Manufacture
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• High integrity and positive attitude, supported by good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Passionate in learn new things
