Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years experience in payroll, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & HRIS.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang.
