Technical Intern – Banjarmasin

Job Description

As a Technical Intern, you will contribute to technical support initiatives related to our products and services. You will assist in conducting product trials, supporting field visits, and troubleshooting operational challenges. This internship provides hands-on exposure to industrial applications and customer interaction, helping you understand how technical expertise is applied in real business scenarios.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Assist in conducting product trials and technical demonstrations
• Support field visits to customer sites for monitoring and technical assistance
• Help troubleshoot product-related issues and provide preliminary solutions
• Collect and document data from trials, field activities and customer feedback
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate product application
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to align technical support with customer needs

Requirements :

• Final-year students, fresh graduates, or students in semester 5 or 6 majoring in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Interest in industrial operations, technical service, or engineering-based solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Commitment to a minimum 3-month internship period
