Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Prepare and evaluate production projections based on the Store Demand Order to ensure operational efficiency and smooth operations.
• Assign daily tasks to team members based on production targets and projections.
• Communicate effectively with external parties or third-party production teams.
• Support the new product testing process with the R&D team to ensure large-scale production feasibility.
Requirements :
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in COGS reporting and food cost calculations.
• Strong analytical skills in managing inventory data, production processes, and resolving COGM related issues.
• 3 Days WFA.
