Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee and optimize daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements :

• At least 12 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in operational principles, SOP implementation, and relevant systems.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• 3 Days WFA.
