Sales Operational Manager – Bandung

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including human resources and systems, in accordance with applicable SOPs.
• Own monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
• Perform store administration tasks, including recording sales, preparing daily reports, and managing operational documents.
• Monitor inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock management.
• Ensure overall store cleanliness in compliance with established standards.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, including at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Understand the process of managing teams and store operations.
• Understand the process of managing inventory and logistics.
• Experienced in working with sales targets.
