Warehouse & Logistic Manager – Bandung

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee all warehouse and logistics operations for Food and Beverage to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and enforce warehousing and logistics policies, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and handling practices to preserve product quality, including pest control and climate control.
• Establish and manage order fulfillment systems, inventory control, and supply chain operations, including inbound/outbound logistics and accurate reporting.
• Lead and develop the logistics team through clear communication, performance improvement initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements :

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar field
• Willing to be based in Bandung, West Java.
• Familiar & Expert with Ms Office Excel (Import range, Vlookup, Pivot table, Sum & if).
• 3 Days WFA.
