Job Description
We are seeking a skilled General Affair (GA) Staff to manage company facilities, vehicles, vendor relations, and office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure maintenance, legal compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations while handling budgets and vendor coordination.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Carry out office maintenance and cleaning schedules.
• Manage vehicle schedules and drivers.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained according to schedule, minimize damage, and keep permits valid.
• Process data related to General Affair and company legalities.
• Perform activities for the maintenance of all facilities and infrastructure, including requesting replacements or repairs if damaged.
Requirements :
• Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in General Affair.
• Experienced in handling vendors, price negotiations, and budget management.
• Possess a valid A driving license and able to drive a car.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be mobile.
• Placement: Surabaya.
