HR Generalist
Job Description
The HR Officer will manage and maintain HR documentation and records, ensuring compliance with company policies. This role involves developing employee performance evaluation systems and acting as a liaison between management and staff, including handling internal conflicts and complaints.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Prepare, manage, and update HR documents and records, including employment contracts, employee personal data, and company policies
• Ensure company operations comply with policies
• Develop and manage employee performance evaluation systems
• Act as liaison between management and employees, including resolving conflicts or internal complaints
• Implement performance evaluation systems, provide feedback, and assist in performance improvement programs
Requirements :
• Minimum age 25 years
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• At least 1 year relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills to interact with various parties
• Ability to build positive and professional working relationships
• Organizational skills to manage documents, data, and diverse tasks, prioritizing efficiently
