Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment, ensuring accurate assessment of candidates, and providing administrative support for HR and office needs. The role collaborates closely with managers to meet hiring demands and supports HRGA functions to maintain smooth operational processes.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design and update job descriptions
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels
• Conduct interviews with candidates (via phone, video, and in person)
• Ensure accurate assessment through behavioral interviewing techniques and psychological testing
• Advertise job openings in job portals
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Draft salary offers
• Send job offers via email
• Prepare and distribute assignments and psychological tests
• Monitor key HR metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and assist with onboarding
• Work with HRIS for accurate administration and preparation of time & attendance reports
• Responsible for office supplies (stationery and other needs)
• Provide support for HRGA and office administration

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, especially in manufacturing companies
• Experience handling recruitment for various positions and levels (must include IT positions)
• Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and users (especially C-level)
• Experience in employer branding is an added value
• Capable in HR administration
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop effective hiring strategies
• Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to multitask with multiple timelines
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets
