System Engineer

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable IT systems to support the company’s operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for system maintenance and monitoring
• Provide technical guidance and training to support staff on the effective use of IT systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in system administration and network management
• Participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects to drive continuous improvement

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a system engineering or network administration role
• Strong technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting enterprise-level IT systems, including servers, storage, and networking infrastructure
• Proficient in configuring and administering Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as various network protocols and services
• Hands-on experience with system automation, scripting, and monitoring tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
