Research & Development Staff (Meat Processing) – Megamendung

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• The process of selecting vendors for raw materials according to Company requirements conducting a trial in the R&D laboratory and production, developing new product.
Supporting documents, facilitate sample requests from sales & marketing.
• This role also includes the development of both existing products and new products, control raw materials, quality, food safety, 5S appropriately, and Shelf Life Study Report.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology.
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experienced in Meat Processing.
• Understand on Good Manufacturing Practices and Implement company policies regarding GMP, HACCP, and 5S programs or other policies of the company and its work environment in food manufacturing.
• Dynamic, agile, pro-active, and challenger personality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willing to be based in Megamendung – Bogor
