Test Manager

Job Description

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Capability as a Test Manager (minimum 5+ years)
• Proven ability to manage a team (minimum 3+ years)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently is required.
• Strong communication skills with good English language capability on written and spoken,
proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience setting up and running tests with ability to follow documented procedures, operate and adjust machinery and fixtures as required.
• Experience in basic manufacturing process including electronic assembly, SMT, testing, injection molding, welding alloy structures & machining of alloys and composites.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in product testing and validations for Electrical /Mechanical Products.
• Failure analysis, fault finding, root cause analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Extensive background in test laboratory environment is preferred.
• Expertise in Test script (Python and LabView software) or manual/automated testing frameworks is preferred.
• Team spirit, responsibility, detail oriented and flexibility, fast learner, easy to adapt to new environment
• Very good attitude in problem solving and optimization
• Able to travel within and outside country.
• Flexibility in the day-to-day tasks assignment.
