Production Supervisor

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Mapping manpower for shift-based production activities
• Ensure production runs effectively and meets quantity, quality, and delivery targets.
• Monitor the implementation of quality standards, work instructions, and process parameters.
• Identify and resolve production issues such as defects and machine downtime.
• Coordinate operators and technicians to achieve production efficiency
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, occupational safety (K3), and company policies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
• Min. 2 years of experience in a Production Supervisor role in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with quality management standards: IATF 16949, ISO 9001.
• Proficient in the application of: TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen principles.
• Strong leadership skills, able to plan production schedules, manage teams, and analyze process efficiency.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
