IT Technical Support – Surabaya
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Provide first-level support to end-users for IT related issues including hardware, software, software and network problems
• Install, configure and maintain IT hardware & software
• Perform regular maintenance and updates of IT hardware & software
• Work together with IT infrastructure team (supporting server, network, telco)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports
• Assist in IT projects implementation
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field from reputable university
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Experience in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office
• Experience in Ubuntu or other Linux distribution
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• High initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
• Driving license: SIM A and SIM C
• Location: Surabaya
