Section Head Production – Bandung

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the entire production process From raw material intake to finished product.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring adherence to production targets and deadlines.
• Optimize production efficiency by monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor product quality at various stages of the production process, implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards and minimize defects.
• Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Review and evaluate current of Production Management System and come up with new ideas as well improvement.
• Prioritize and oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.
• Partner with all business units/teams to achieve company KPIs, objectives, mission and vision.

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree from industrial engineering or similar.
• At least 3 years of working experience in similar position.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, problem solving and decision making capabilities.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results
