Weaving Production Supervisor – Sumedang

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Make production planning including the use of machines, raw materials, production support materials and human resources.
• Supervise all production activities to comply with standard operating procedures.
• Ensure production results are in accordance with predetermined production targets.
• Analyze and evaluate all production activities and results
• Make reports on production results, production quality, problems and corrective actions taken.
• Partner with all business units/teams to achieve goals, mission – vision and Corporate Culture

Requirements :

• Minimum education D3/D4 or S1 Industrial Engineering or similar field.
• Have at least 2 years of work experience in the same position.
• Dominant type, strong leadership, tenacious, can work together in a team, strong motivation, analytical thinking.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing goals in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer literacy, can enter excel data, can also read data, tables, graphs.
• Willing to work shifts, and willing to work in Textile environment (hot, noisy, dust)
• Familiar with seven tools & 8 steps of problem solving, Knowledge / mastery of Kaizen, Lean concepts is a plus
