Job Description

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience.
• Strong expertise in recruitment, payroll, industrial relations (IR), and employee relations (ER).
• Knowledge of labor laws and government compliance.
• Proven experience in employee dispute resolution, union relations, and conflict management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
• Stationed at Site Project (North Tapanuli)
